Success Stories?

Hello All,

With this being the start of a new year, I thought it might be good to open up the discussion to successes some of us have enjoyed over the course of the last year. Since all coins have two sides, perhaps even sharing some words of warning would be appropriate too!

I know that my own business has been challenged in the last year. My only regret in 2008 is not switching gears to focusing on foreclosure and short sales deals sooner. I am now in a market where 75% of the homes that are selling are either short sale or foreclosure properties!
