I am curious if anyone is familiar with or has purchased with Jason Hartman and Platinum Properties out of Orange County, CA.  I am interested in investing in multiple cities across the country with good rent to value ratios and discovered this company.  If anyone has any experience or knowledge of them, I'd greatly appreciate feedback.
